Today:
I gave work time. I also assigned the presentation. I handed out a sheet that explains the requirements. I gave a lot of homework, but I want all the research wrapped up so we can move on to the magazine presentation.

-powerful/powerless chart
-prepare for presentation
-vocabulary flashcards
-Unit 12 vocabulary quiz and buzzword quiz on Thursday
Today:
Students had the opportunity to begin their powerful/powerless page within their packets. They are also preparing for their oral presenation. The presentation will serve as a summuary for all the work they have been researching since the beginning of the media literacy unit. The students will have time Wednesday to work on all these assignments during class. Things will be checked Thursday for credit.
